Please reach out to us by emailing support@tn.com to start your return within your 100-Night Trial. From there, we’ll help you get it donated to a local charity or non-profit organization.
We’ll share some donation locations with you, but you’re welcome to donate to any organization you’d like to support. If we’re unable to find a donation location in your area, we’ll coordinate with a 3rd-party pickup service free of charge.
After your mattress is donated, you will upload a scanned or photographed copy of your donation receipt using a link we provide. We’ll process your refund after receiving the donation receipt. It takes 5-10 business days for your refund to return to your original form of payment.
Hawaii, Alaska, and optional shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note: If you purchased from Amazon or Lowe’s, their return policy will be different. Items purchased through these third-party companies will need to be returned directly to them by their preferred return methods.
The return process is the biggest difference when ordering through Amazon. All returns will go directly through Amazon Customer Service, specifically the Special Handling Department. Each product has the same 100-Night Sleep Trial and free returns. The only exceptions are pillows and orders placed through Amazon Canada, which have a 30-Night Sleep Trial.
Position your mattress on top of your bed frame and find the ends of the plastic wrap stuck to the side of the roll. Pull on the end of the plastic until the mattress is completely unrolled. Roll the mattress out so that it’s flat, then pull off the remaining plastic. The mattress will begin expanding immediately, and you’re done.
For standard shipping, delivery times will vary. You can usually expect delivery of your ordered items within 3-7 business days by FedEx Ground, with delivery Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
To get a shipping estimate prior to purchase, add the items you wish to order to your cart. Follow the checkout flow and after inputting your shipping address, an ETA will show for each item. There is no need to input your payment information to check.
All items ship separately. You will receive a FedEx Ground tracking email for each item as it ships out. The FedEx tracking information linked in the email will automatically update with the most accurate estimated delivery date as it travels to your home.
